Art is not just expression; it is a method to raise questions, resist oppression, research, and collaborate. The laboratory includes galleries, museums, nightclubs, studios, classrooms, institutions, virtual platforms, stages, and theaters.
通常、芸術は「表現」という言葉で括られますが、それだけではないと思うのです。
芸術は「手段」でもあり、疑問を提起したり、抑圧に抵抗したり、研究と協力作業(コラボレーション)を引き起こしたりもします。
ということは、研究の場と呼べる場所も幅広く含まれてもいいはずです。例えば：ナイトクラブ、レコーディングスタジオ、ギャラリー、博物館、学校、会社、ワークショップ、ショップスペース、劇場、等。

As I work at the intersection of art and technology, my goal is to harness the craft of storytelling; stories help people understand complex problems and make emotional connections with them.
Art in itself is storytelling as it creates a participatory, immersive experience that can reveal the commonalities of cultures worldwide, enables us to empathize with the unfamiliar other.
世の中には複雑な問題がたくさんありますが、それらを紐解くには、アートとテクノロジーを活用した『ストーリーテリング』が有効だと思うのです。
複雑な問題もストーリーや例え話にすることで、より分かりやすく、感情を結びつけます。
ストーリーテリングという手法は、世界中の人々の共通点を露わにして解りやすくしてくれるので、なじみのない他者へさえも共感が持てるようにしてくれます。

My goal with art is to expose and combat structural violence in the world we live in.
なので、芸術という手段で私が成し遂げたいものがあるとすれば、それはアートとテクノロジーを融合させ、ストーリーテリングという手法で世の中の構造的な暴力を露わにし、逆転的発想（「フリップ」）を思考し、共感者を増やし、共に抵抗し続けることです。
