A synopsis of my journey as a recording artist. (2006-2016)
After gaining experience running my independent record label, Rocksmith Recordings, I joined a production company to learn about scaling up stage production and the internal workings of the music industry. After completing features on three albums and touring nationwide, I took a brief hiatus to reassess my approach. During this time, I focused on scaling down, preserving only the essentials to create a theatric Hip Hop show. Upon my return, I rebranded as SRCFLP and leaned into my interpretation of beats & bass music, incorporating spatial sound and audiovisuals in full-scale shows whenever possible..
The Alliance crew
The crew was our artistic endeavor to express solidarity within the community. We exercised freedom of speech, addressing issues like racial injustice, police brutality, media representation, and systemic violence, including unethical big-business practices. Through this experience (2003-2006), I gained valuable knowledge in management, performance, and production within the context of the music business.

Scion CD11 Label-less Lifestyle
It was mad dope to be featured on this. Scion Audio/Visual was an in-house record label and "lifestyle marketing" division of the Scion marque produced by Toyota Motor Corporation for the North American market. Scion would distribute these promotional mix CDs at auto shows, concerts, raves, sporting events, and other places. The liner note reads, “We’d like to introduce you to a generation of artists that are making names for themselves without major labels, superstar budgets, or Hollywood flair. Maybe one day they will, but for now, it’s 100% pure, no additives or preservatives, and just as good as everything else on the market. Welcome to the movement of the Labelless Lifestyle…”
